I did pelvic exercises in order to strengthen my lower body. Try search in youtube some prenatal exercises, you’ll find some exercises to practice your for your D-day 🙂

parang natae momsh, yan ang exact description.. parang tatae ka, isipin mong constipated ka.. kada nahilab sabayan nyo po ng pag-ire
