Hello, may expiration po ba filing ng Mat2? Kasi due to quarantine, di po makuha birth certificatd ni baby. Is there other way po para mkapagfile ng mat2 like online filing? Sana po may sumagot. Thank you.

at least 2 weeks sabi nila but then tama ka, close nga. Ako din wala pa naka file nang mat 1

    Nkapagfile n ko ng mat 1 pero ung mat2 ko di pa, wala pa birth cert ni baby e. 😔
