Any exclusive pumping mums care to share on how you pack expressed BM on flights? Am traveling with baby for the 1st time to Taiwan and I'm worried about how I can bring enough BM to feed him.

You can bring ebm on board in cooler bag. Most airports are okay with it. Prepare your bm in bottles as there's no clean water on flight to wash and sterilise your bottles. You can request for hot water to warm up your bm from inflight staff. You may want to bring a container tall enough to hold your bottle and hot water. The amount of bm should be the usual amount your baby drinks and bring one or two bottles extra in case of flight or check-in or arrival delay. You are allowed to express your bm inflight with your breast pump. You can use that amount for your baby as well. You just have to calculate how much and prepare according to how often baby drinks.
