Expressed breast milk

Hi, how do you bring expressed breast milk out if baby needs to feed outside? Can it be pre-heated and brought out in a thermal bottle? Thanks.

I would bring it expressed in my cooler pack out and warm it up naturally in the sun / outdoors in a bottle about 15 mins before feeding. Allowed my daughter to get accustomed to milk not always being warm and just at room temperature

you can get portable milk warmer. there's a few kind you can get at shoppee.
