Hello. Cuba try perbnyakkan ambil mknan yg tinggi vit B6. It may help with nausea. Perut jngan biar kosong. Boleh mkn 6x tp dlm kuantiti yg sdikit2. Dan cuba jg makan wholegrain toast. bakar kjp n maka kosong2. Hehehe. semoga membantu.

pengalaman saya masa tempoh loya, makan makanan/ buah yg manis lagi bertambah loya dibuatnya. So saya makan buah masam; epal, oren, mangga. Dan juga makanan kering: muruku, kacang, roti bakar, roti canai , nasi tak berkuah

sy pun teruk dulu nausea tapi alhamdulillah nausea cuma sampai first trimester shj. kadang second trimester dia ada jgk nausea tapi tak teruk. kalau teruk sampai berat badan teruk and effect baby better pegi hospital sis

sabar ye..ubt muntah mkn utk thn dr muntah then baru mkn sikit2..buah ape2 pn boleh jnji mkn kalau xboleh msuk nasi atau bau2.sy mabuk teruk sampai 18week..kuat2

try makan buah jambu batu tanpa biji and delima

Nausea is normal for first trimester. I suggest u to consume the pomegranate juice as it is sour a bit and also good for your hb.

Sy pon mcm tu..ni 7w dh kurang skit..Mmg kena hadap smpai dia hilang sendiri...sabar yee

try mkn buah sunquick .. sy better ble mkn buah tu .

tapi jgn ambik kuantiti byk... boleh menyebabkan selsema and kahak...
