Sharing and need advice

Hello everyone. I’m currently pregnant around 7-8 weeks na po. I had a miscarriage with my first pregnancy and a bit traumatized because that’s supposed to be my first baby. I had a bad experience with my first OB Because prang money lang and walang empathy so I had to switch from time to time kagustuhan magkababy. Now nagkataon na may pandemic and the only OB I trusted is not available kasi senior na din sya. My nirecommend sakin OB na natignan ako first time but hindi mganda lagay ng first check up ko because I have some internal bleeding and one of my babies (twins) wala pang heartbeat so I was told to come back 2 weeks after pra sa follow up ultrasound however 3 weeks na but that doctor is no longer Responding to my messages. Though nakikita ko sya ngpopost sa Facebook. I was disappointed. To be honest napakahirap maghanap ng espesyalista na mraramdaman mong concern tlga sayo. Sobrang sickness nraramdaman ko and almost everyday head and back ache kaya gusto namin magasawa makahanap ng permanenteng OB around QC or south Caloocan. Sna po may mairecommend kyo or tips na din para sakin. Maraming slamat po!!
