anti-radiation/radiation- proof clothing for pregnant women., does it really work?

Hello everyone. I am 18 weeks and 5 days now and I am a freelancer who is always in front of my laptop and always using my phone for more than 8 hours a day. I am worried about radiation affecting my unborn child and I have read about radiation proof clothing/blanket. Has anyone tried it? Does it really work? Where can I buy it in Philippines?
