I'm 31 weeks and laging tumitigas Ang tyan ko for a few seconds

Madalas tumigas Ang tyan ko lately lalo pag sumisiksik si baby SA gilid mg tyan ko. Minsan sumasakit sa may tagiliran ko or pag natatamaan nya ribs ko or sa may bladder. Hnd nmn xa nagccramps and concentrated lang sya sa tyan. Should I be worried?

anti-radiation/radiation- proof clothing for pregnant women., does it really work?

Hello everyone. I am 18 weeks and 5 days now and I am a freelancer who is always in front of my laptop and always using my phone for more than 8 hours a day. no appetite at all!

I am now 11weeks pregnant and I don't have any appetite at all. I have lost 3kgs for the past few weeks because I don't eat normally. I just eat about 3 spoons of rice and that's it! I force myself to eat fruits and veggies as much as I can but I don't think it's enough. I am worried for my baby's nutritional state. All I can seem to tolerate is biscuits since it doesn't make me want to vomit. Is there any way to improve my appetite?
