Sa pagpump po, ano po maadvise niyo na minutes? Should we go 20-30 mins per session and per ilang hrs interval po?

It's up to the mommy po, but here are some what you can choose from: if every 2 hours interval, 15 mins minimum, 20 mins maximum for each breast. If every 3 hours interval, 20 mins minimum, 30 mins maximum each breast. Please do hand expression every after pump, to prevent clogged ducts that can cause mastitis. Check on youtube my tutorial on how to hand express. (Hand Expression by ms Tin Cervantes)
