Hello Mam, would like to ask po, ano ano po ang mga dapat gawin para mapababa ang lipase sa expressed milk? Napansin ko po kasi na yung nastore kong milk, nagiiba na yung lasa at parang amoy soap, madalas inaayawan ni baby kaya ang ending nagpupump ako ng bago at yun na lang ibibigay ko. sabi po mataas ang lipase pag ganun. and ano pa po ang pwedeng gawin para mas maging makapal or malapot tignan yung breastmilk? thank you so much po and more blessings 🙏

Hello po. I'm exclusively breastfeeding my baby. magti 3mos na po sya next week. unli latch po kami. pero sometimes, napapansin ko po na kulang kay baby ang na po produce kong milk. sa both breast ko po ang nacoconsume niya na milk. yung concern ko po is 3hrs after last fed, di pa masyadong bumabalik milk ko kasi sobrang soft tapos tinry ko e pump pero wala masyadong lumalabas. so nangyayare, iiyak sya pag dumedede. :( nakaka frustrate po.
