Feeding water to baby

Any one else like me is super done with those elders for telling us to feed baby under 6 months water?

Ehhh.. At first I was same as you. Until I went to see pd due to my child down with fever when he was 3months-4months. Pd told me to feed my child water. Because I'm on formula milk. So sometimes I also don't know what it is.
