Hello! Any effective tips pano kayo nag start mag diet or exercise after 2 months manganak? :) Mejo need ko na mag diet ulit. 34" na waistline ko from 28. Hahaha Actually pampalakas din kasi nararamdaman ko ung pagod (back pain it is!) everytime na bubuhatin ko si baby. :(
