EDD next week

My edd is next week and i am still going to work. My next check up will be this coming Friday 3 march. Planning to take HL for next week when going for my upcoming check up as i am currently feeling the pain of pressure and also my back hurts alot. Plus, i am an infant teacher as i still need to carry babies for shower, diaper change and more. Do you think the gynae will let me take HL?
