Does PCOS/PCOD lead to infertility?

I have pcos too sometimes I don't ovulate because of many small eggs but none of it is matured to be released but I still managed to conceive naturally within half year of trying. I thought how lucky was I maybe that is the only month 1 of my egg is matured enough. then I got pregnant again naturally for the 2nd time although it ended up a miscarriage but just wanna share that it's possible!
