Does PCOS/PCOD lead to infertility?

I have regular menstruation and I am petit without any sign of PCOS so when I got married we were trying to conceive after 3 months of trying I got pregnant but sad to say i had miscarriage and then 9 months after the miscarriage right after our 1st anniversary I found out I was pregnant again after having my first ultrasound my doctor said "Lucky ka kahit may PCOS ka nagkababy ka" but 2 days after my first check up miscarriage ulit pero after 1 month I was shocked na pregnant ulit ako. don't lose hope, God will provide. 😊 God's will , God's time.
