Let me put it this way, love also involves and needs sex. you can easily differentiate if the sex is just a lustful emotion, or if it is part of a more intimate love. while having sex does not mean you are in love, when you are truly in love with someone, it will also involve a great deal of intimacy and sex that you would willingly want to share in with your partner, instead of looking at it as just something you want to do and move on.
It can be the other way according to me. You can have sex only if you love. This is totally my perception
