Hi does anyone took the flu vaccine during pregnancy? Is it necessary to take ?

I took it during my 7th week as per recommendation from KKH. And I'm 17 weeks now.

I’m 13 weeks , the doctor at kk recommended to take the flu vaccine , then I’m still on deciding , thank you 😊
