Online Pediatrician

Hi, does anyone knows any online pediatrician? My baby is only 3weeks. I need to get some consultation or advice for my baby. Like the neck rashes he has and the cradle cap he has on his head. I prefer not to bring him to hospital or clinic Last week we went to a doctor for ffup check up, pero Wala pa ung rashes na un noon .any recommendations?

Meron na maliliit n Parang pimples. Meron ding drool rashes ung sa neck part. Pero mejo nawala na ung sa neck nya. I changed ung baby bath nya. I use Cetaphil na, saka Lucas papaw, it works nman sa drool rashes on his neck. Madami din sya cradle cap sa ulo at likod ears nya, but I know normal nman ata ung cradle caps as long as Wala sya lagnat at ndi nman nag iiyak at ndi mukhang itchy.
