does Anyone know how to travel with breast milk? any restrictions at airport? How to store the breast milk while traveling?

I remember my colleague used to store her frozen breast milk in an insulated ice box with ice packs and check in the ice box at the airport.. They would even stick fragile stickers on the box when she told them it was breast milk..
