gdm test in a month

hi , doc schedule next month for my first gdm test. any tips on it ? i dont have any diabetes at the moment but i am 81kg and 4 month pregnant now. #firstmom #advicepls

boleh je test dulu sendiri, test glucose level je takyah la minum air gula jg😆 if bacaan tinggi sempat lg tu kawal gaya hidup lebih sihat sementara nak tunggu hari gdm test
