I took both supplement and milk. For supplement I consume iberet and took in the morning. My nurse advice me to took at least a cup of milk a day to ensure the baby bone growth well. baby needs calcium to growth. you can either take fresh milk/ powder milk, better consume at for better nutrient absorbtion.

Susu penting.. klu tak bolehminum susu kene makan calcium.. sbb ibu mngndung kene ckup calcium.. klu tak tu yg ada pecah gigi dan mcm2 lagi.. sbb bila mngndung zat yg kita makan akan trbhagi 2.. so kene makan lebih sikit.. bru mommy nd baby sihat ๐
if u cant drink milk maybe try moringa leaves.u can stir fry like goreng pucuk ubi like that. u can google the benefit. i stop eating it since 28weeks because i had alot of breastmilk leakage.๐คฃ apparently it boast ur breastmilk supply too. moringa is definitely my no1 super food.๐
Kinohimitsu & susu kambing. 9bulan pregnant ๐คฐ๐ป tak rasa penat & moody. NORMAL je macam sebelum pregnant active ke sana sini. Hb pun tak pernah low. Semuanya okay dari mula pregnant ๐ค badan pun okay je tak gemok tak kurus hihi๐
i took ganilia. My hb was quite good. yes,important to drink milk to get calcium. If u canโt drink milk,can take calcium tablet.
Refer dgn doc n nurse dulu. If needed, then take it.
i took jus mamariam. ๐
