Any tips to get rid of the kangaroo pouch

My first lo was delivered via csect,2nd was normal. My weight has reduce to its pre-pregnancy weight but i got this jelly-like-stomach which quite bother me. I use girdle currently but haven’t start exercise yet. Now my 2nd baby is 2 months old.
