Foods to avoid - sweets, carbs Food to take - avocado, eggs, meat, green leafy veggies, wheat bread, brown rice Dont be stressed, its not that bad coz you will be force to eat healthy :)

No carbs like potatoes, white rice, white bread, no sweet stuff, no fruit juices

No sweet drinks , just plain water . Eat moderately
