Gestational diabetes

I took my GD test when i was 24weeks and got no GD. currently i am 35weeks pregnant. Does anyone ever experience they do not have GD then have it later as their pregnancy progresses?#pregnancy

Frm what I know they only test GD once.. so if you have means have don’t have means don’t have. so to know if you’ll develop later means you went for second test?
