HIGH CHANCE TO CONCIEVE

Dear all, just need your opinion what time should we intimate to increase chances for concieve? I read an article that the best is around 4.00 am @ during subuh. Is it true?

the best time is 14days before ur next period. If ur period is regular, u can expect which day.. the exact timing (day/night/subuh@etc) is something i never read it before. huhu..
