Is she able to stand without support? Some babies skip crawling and straight to walking. I’ve afew friends whose babies only started to walk at 15months. If you are worried, consult a PD.
My daughter started to walk independently only at 14 months, was a late crawler too but once she learn to walk independently she got stable really fast.
