I had frequent cramping on my left side too during my frist trimester. Informed the gynae and she said it is nothing to worry, could be due to uterus growing to make space for the baby. Keep yourself hydrated. Try drinking warm water often if you can, and of course, get plenty of rest! :)
I had it in my first trimester, but if you’re not sure whether it’s okay or not, let your gynae know? In some people, it turns out to be just stretching of the ligaments. In some people, it turns out to be something more scary, especially if there’s bleeding
sa akin nanyari yan during 11 weeks,,subrang sakit ng tagiliran ko, ok nman result ng lab ko..buti nlang nwla non nag 12 weeks na,, so baka nag adjust lang ung katawan ko ora kay bb...
I had cramps left, right, centre...but it was just the body adjusting. However if the pain persist or gets worse pls see your gynae.
Sharp cramps or dull cramps? Could be abdomen making space for growing baby. Maybe at your next appointment you can just mention to your doctor.

hi momsh.. no spotting and bleeding is normal.. better po pacheck ka agad sa OB mo.. I had experienced the same thing po. Now stable na si baby :)
It should be normal as long as there is no bleeding. But if the pain sharp and persists, please contact your gynae
