Can we eat the Japanese Ramen egg? Feel like eating Japanese ramen. Some says it's not fully cooked, some says it's fine to eat.

Any egg that is not thoroughly cooked has the risk of containing the Samonella bacteria. It actually depends on how comfortable you are to take the risk though Salmonella poisoning is unlikely to harm your baby. To be honest I even took runny eggs as well during my pregnancy. Can't be helped if there's a craving for it right. Haha.
Read morei give in to them too.... :( not often though, but i have a thing for eggs now. Try to go for fully cooked ones when u can though, because of the potential bacteria in egg, hence the caution.
