I've seen recipes that uses formula or milk to make puddings for babies. Here is one: Chocolate banana custard Ingredients - 1 tsp cornflour - 1 tsp drinking chocolate (powder or granules) - 100ml full-fat cow's milk or formula - 1 small banana Method Mix together the cornflour, chocolate powder, and milk, and heat in a microwave for one minute to two minutes until thickened. Alternatively, heat gently on the hob, stirring frequently. Chop or mash the banana and serve with the custard. I made some custard from a recipe found on Australian Heinz baby website using my baby's formula which she seemed to really like. Baby’s own custard Serves: 2 serves Ingredients: 100mls baby’s regular milk – breast milk or prepared formula 2 teaspoons custard powder or arrowroot. Method: Pour breast milk or prepared formula into a small saucepan and heat gently. In a small bowl mix custard powder with a little water to a thin paste. Add to milk and stir until mixture thickens. Spoon out required amount into baby’s bowl. Allow to cool. Refrigerate remaining portion.
