YES!!! I started reading books for my son since he was 1 month old. By the time he was 7 months old he was already showing interest in books even though he could not read them yet. Now my son is one year and two months old and he really likes books. He can imitate the way I read stories to him. So i allocated budgets for books every 3 months.
