Ang taas ng BP mo Mi... you should have fixed your BP 1st before getting pregnant... Anyway, stir away from salty sugary and oily foods... Sabaw2x lang muna and fish and fruits and veggies... There are a lot of causes of highblood. Its not sickness of itself but a symptom of underlying disease.
