less rice po and ms mgnda puro vegetable ka at pineapple.. mgnda din ang pineapple pra dka bumigat at mgaan katawan mo hngang pnganganak

Pwede po ba pineapple? Di po ba nkaka acidic yun?

Yan din problem ko kasi low blood aq. But lagi aq sa gulay like talbos ng camote and kangkong and other veggies na got blood.
