Birth control pills that only contain progesterone may be recommended, as they are unlikely to affect milk production adversely. According to the Infant Risk Center, most forms of hormonal contraceptives are probably safe and will not affect a nursing infant.

Hi, Depends majorly on the chemical composition of the pill but always check with your gynae on which one to use
