It actually depends on your lifestyle, to determine the best option of contraception for you:) for the pills, you must take every single dose at the prescribed interval for it to be effective. There are injection types that can last longer and don’t require you to take daily pills (but yes, there’s some pain). Then there’s the IUD, which also requires a small procedure, but it can last quite some time.
