No. I ate ice cream hours after I gave birth and walked na din agad. We stayed two days lang sa hospital. A week after, my doctor removed the tape covering my stitch and gave me the go signal to take a bath na. The only thing holding me back from doing activities back then was my stitch pero a month after, I can do almost all of my activities and house chores. My OB said there's no scientific basis for "binat" and proven ko na din naman. Discuss it with your OB too. :)
