Best and safest source for hired help in Manila?

So far, we prefer recommendations from other current helpers so someone "vouches" for the new hire. My friend has also tried gawin.ph for outsourced cleaning and she said the work was pretty thorough! You just have to be there when they clean since they are outsiders.
