If you're not fussy, I'd say the best is to get secondhand ones from hand-me-downs or Carousell in bulk :) Most people keep their baby clothes in good condition, because well, they usually just wear them for a few times before it's outgrown. It's definitely not worth spending too much on, especially before 2 years old or so when they are rapidly growing - so if you do want to get brand new clothes, you can consider those neighborhood stores or even Carousell - many people sell away the newborn gift sets they receive and they come in full sets of romper, hat, mittens and booties :)

I love buying baby clothes from Carter's USA (http://carters.com/). You'd need to get a forwarder to ship it from US, but I really like how it's super affordable (I paid around $4/piece after shipping etc.), and it's really high quality. PS: Carters is part of the OshKosh family! I did a quick post with details of the things I bought from Carters, you can find it here: https://www.stashally.com//p/do8TWieigd/carters_best_place_to_buy_baby_clothes

Shen Kwong Trading Co. It's at Bugis. A hidden gem. Lots of mummies who have been there says it's very cheap & affordable for babies home clothes! They shared how much they roughly spend and I find it worth it.
