Super Mum
Take antacids.. Also avoid coffee/tea/juices/soft drinks, and avoid spicy food. Eat small meals but more frequently. Don’t lie down for at least 2-3 hours after eating. Hope you feel better soon!

Heartburn seems to be normal during 3rd trimester. My Doctor prescribed Gaviscon for quick relief. However, I try taking it only if it gets too bad. Better to consult with your Doctor.
Have more meals but small. Avoid spicy food, soda, caffeine, chocolate, fried food etc. Sleep with higher pillow. Consult your gynaecologist.

It’s normal. Try to take smaller meals, raise your pillow higher when you sleep and ask your doc for antacids.
