Been feeding my toddler nephew boiled veggies like sayote and kalabasa to help with his diet. He's just 2 and a half years old yet he is already 24 kilograms. Any suggestions to help him get to the normal weight for his age?

There are many things out there, but I'd recommend small doses of whey protein mixed with milk for calcium, but of course ask your doctor first if it's okay for him to consume it.
