Hello mummy to be! I can feel you. :( I love raw salmon and sashimi including those seared/ torched ones. I managed to resist them throughout my pregnancy. I’m into my wk 31 pregnancy now. Can’t wait for baby to pop out and finish 1 mth confinement period so that I can have my sushi & sashimi craving!! 🥺💜
My gynae mentioned not to take anything smoked. Including smoked salmon or meat. You may want to consult with your doctor if you’re craving it so bad
I’ve watched a TV program, smoked salmon is actually raw salmon sadly. It’s just the way being prepared. Also a smoked salmon lover!
Cooked salmon would be best. For baby's sake, you will be able to overcome and do without these food for a period of time! You can do it!

listeria is the most problematic thing about smoked food and deli. if you can confirm the source is really fresh then can eat
