Transition to 1 nap

Is my 2yo ready to transit to 1 nap a day? After waking up for 3hrs, she starts to feel tired. I tried to bring her lunch forward by half an hour but by then she's too tired to eat. Now she will start to spit out her food. When she gets 2 nap a day, her bedtime would be around 10-11pm. That's really late for a toddler. I am also exhausted by then. What should I do to help her stay awake for longer period in the day?

Milk formula Clumping

Is this clumping of toddler milk formula? Does this happen to most formula milk? It sticks to the surface of the scoop. Is it the steam coming from the bottle when we pour FM into that caused this? Or it is something dangerous like FM has mold growing in it?

Formula milk expiry

Does toddler FM expire within 4 weeks of opening the tin? Will the powder become lumpy and changes colour to a little black-ish?
