Sa akin po I did not take the risk to walk around all the time. I had 2 miscarriages n kc, kahit ndi aq cnabihan OB ko magbedrest, I still did. My hubby is so supportive kaya I'm so thankful. Wala n q ginawa dito sa bahay kundi humiga, kumain, work from home and nagwawalis at nagmomop paminsan minsan 😊😊😊.
When i was in my 13th week, i didn't know that i was even pregnant and I'm still doing core exercises and hardcore yoga poses with a little bit of mountain, climbing 😂 but nung nalaman ko. Shempre, i stopped. My lil miracle is just really really strong at kumapit talaga❤️
it depends on your condition. what did your OB tell you abt it? always follow your OB's advice. iba iba tau magbuntis, iba iba dn ang condition natin. so tiwala tau sa OB natin. if wla ka tiwala s current OB mo then hanap ka ibang OB
Noong 13 weeks pregnant ako naglalaro pako ng surfing 🤣Ngayon nasa 25 weeks na tyan ko☺️
if maselan ang pagbubuntis yes. pero.if not and kaya bawasan ang paglakad lakad mas maganda
depende po if high risk pregnancy ka. yung iba naman po normal activities pwede pa din.
Depende po kung maselan kayo magbuntis or not.
