Always hungry

Based on this app im 4 weeks now and have been super hungry most of the time. Tummy keep making alot of noise. Feeling gassy and burping alot of time. Is this normal to happen at this super early stage?

i used the clearblue digital to confirm it. gynae appointment is nx week
