yellowish eyes

My Baby is one week old, he still have yellowish eyes, what can I do to make it white? There's no sun in the morning because of the rain

if walang sunlight, baka pwede yung yellow light gaya nung pag nililimliman ang chicks. or ask nyo pedia for suggestions
