Can try porridge or cereal! Or fruits. I feed my baby with solid food twice a day. Lunch at 11, and dinner at 630. He has milk for breakfast. And some snacks in between. Like fruits. Normally 1 hour after lunch/dinner. Oh but mine is 1 year old. However I pretty much follow the IFC feeding schedule. So I’m guessing they will do the same for 6 months old

start with once a day. u can give fruits for a start. avocado is a good first food
