My baby is turning 3 tomorrow. Mahilig sya sa nursery rhymes and most of the time kumakanta pero Hindi clear Yung lyrics. He's not used to call me mommy or say daddy even "Dede" for milk. He's not communicating like other kids with his age. Do you think may speech delay sya?
At his age we may consider it na delay nga yung speech nya compared to his age group however, we cannot jump into conclusion na he has nga. It's better to consult to a professional to have a proper assessment of your child's speech and language development.
