Need Help!!!

Mga mamsh ask ko lang if meron ba dito same case ng baby ko. 11 month old na po sya and pansin ko lang palaging matigas poop ng baby ko as in hirap sya magpoop and pag nagpoop naman with blood. Di ako sure kung anong prob kasi pinalitan ko na milk nya from bonamil to nestogen pero halos ganun pa rin. Pinapakain ko na rin sya ng kanin pero konti lang tapos kumakain na rin sya ng cerelac once a day lang and more water sya. He also eats biscuits like hansel crackers kc yun gusto nya. There are times na hindi ko sya pinapakain ng rice at biscuits only cereals and milk and fruits dn pero ganun pa rin sometimes it took 4-5 days before sya magpoop. I also exercised his legs and massage his tummy. Mga mamsh wat do u think is the prob? Need your advice/suggestions... TIA?
