Typically 6 months shld start with rice cereal and pure fruits or vegetable puree. Fish perhaps at 9 months but I know of some ppl who wld intro small amts in baby's porridge at 6 mo and my PD himself said it's fine but just be careful of the type of fish as some is high in mercury content. For me, I'll prefer my baby to be familiar with fruits and vege first.
