Mine was on the 10th percentile too!! My dietitian friend told me to eat more red meat, avocado, nuts, milk, and veggies.

some say avocado, fishes like salmon, durian but in moderation because heaty, chicken essence helps a little too

Some said durian is a myth. My doctor did say I can try. My baby did increase weight though.
