baby fussy sleepy all day

My baby will complete 6 months in 10 days and she is fussy whole day, make crying sounds all day and as I offer bm she intakes sleep again... Any suggestion why this is happening suddenly as she is very active baby used to play for 2-3 hrs.

Maybe bring your baby to a pediatrician , may not be anything serious but just to have a peace of mind
